One-Day 7x7 Football Tournament Format

  • Teams: 8
  • Groups: 2 groups of 4 teams
  • Match Duration: 20 min per game
  • Group Stage: Round-robin (each team plays 3 matches)
  • Points: Win – 3 pts, Draw – 1 pt, Loss – 0 pts
  • Playoffs: Top 2 teams from each group advance to semifinals → Winners play in the final, losers in the 3rd place match
  • Tiebreakers: Goal difference, head-to-head result
  • Knockout Stage: If tied, penalty shootout (3 shots, then sudden death)
  • Substitutions: Unlimited
